The Financial Controller reports to the CFO and will be responsible for all the accounting for all locations and practices with the following duties: • Financial reporting; • Accounting reporting; • Accounting controls infrastructure / Process set up; • Tax planning and Statutory reporting; • Internal controls; • Process improvement; • Contract administration; • Management reporting.
Profile for the Financial Controller:
• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting; • A minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting or Finance, of which 3 years in a leading roll. • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from CFO to accomplish objectives. • Must be highly detail oriented and organized. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch. Spanish is a bonus.
